The Team

Tom Osel

Founder and Head Coach

Tom founded Train with Osel with the goal of bringing an academy-level standard to every session. His own playing background spans numerous academies, including Atlético Mineiro in Brazil, Step 2 football in England and time with a La Liga U21s side in Spain. He also holds a UEFA C coaching license, and specialises in refining technical detail, decision-making under pressure, and building the habits that carry into real matches.

Lead Coach

Connor Slater

Connor played semi-professionally in Australia before moving to England, where he continues to compete. He's coached at Joner Football, one of Australia's most recognised football training academies, alongside his ongoing work in schools- bringing that same structured, technical approach to every session at TWO.

Train With Osel is a structured player development environment built for young footballers who are serious about improving. Our work is centred around technical detail, confidence under pressure, speed of play, and long-term progression.

We work with academy, pre-academy, advanced grassroots and professional players in sessions designed to reflect the demands of the modern game. Every session is built with purpose- challenging players to think faster, execute cleaner, and develop habits that carry into real match situations.

Our approach is grounded in high standards, consistency, and attention to detail. From individual technical refinement to competitive small-group environments, the focus is always on creating the right conditions for players to develop properly.
